These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the BrainCell app and all associated services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the Provider and the User regarding the use of the BrainCell App.
The BrainCell app offers intelligent learning features with automatic flashcard creation and spaced repetition algorithms.
Registration is required to use premium features. The user agrees to provide truthful information.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through the available payment methods in the App Stores.
The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the App Store settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
